What We Do
- Dynamic Dance Classes: We offer engaging flamenco dance classes designed to build confidence, rhythm, and skill. Our instruction focuses on intricate footwork, expressive upper body technique, and understanding the deep emotional communication that makes flamenco so unique.
- Community & Events: Flamenco is more than just a dance—it is a spontaneous conversation between the dancer, the singer, and the guitarist. We foster this connection through lively community gatherings, social dance parties, and events that capture the authentic, communal spirit of a traditional flamenco juerga.
- Live Accompaniment: We believe in experiencing the art form as it was meant to be felt. Our community is deeply connected to the musical side of flamenco, bringing the driving energy of the flamenco guitar directly to our dancers.

Our goal is to create an inclusive, supportive environment where students and enthusiasts can experience the art of flamenco. Our Story
Flamenco Tulsa was founded by Lexi and Dylan Allen with a shared vision to cultivate a dedicated space for the flamenco arts in Oklahoma. Driven by a deep passion for the rhythm, music, and soul of the art form, they built a community where enthusiasts of all levels can learn, practice, and celebrate together.
Reflejos Flamencos
Our teaching and events are closely tied to Reflejos Flamencos, a Tulsa-based flamenco music and dance ensemble dedicated to educating, entertaining, and enriching the community. What began two decades ago as a father-daughter duo featuring Johnny Beard on flamenco guitar and Lexi Allen on dance has since grown into a powerful collaborative group. Today, the group includes guitarist and percussionist Dylan Allen, vocalist Adriana Ramirez Nelson, and dancers Amanda January and Maryam Gaudet.
